Description:
Learning Craze Summer Camp is a 5-day summer camp focused on fun enrichment across the following experiences:
Cooking. We will teach basic kitchen skills, learn some kitchen math and chemistry, and make some fun recipes. Children will get to take home the recipe so they can try it at home. Best of all, we will enjoy sampling our yummy creations
Gardening. Enjoy learning about the science of plants and gardening in our outdoor space at the studio
Arts & crafts. Students will be exposed to art through mixed media that challenge their creativity
Stories. We will be reading fun and fabulous books. Story-related activities may include…felt board re-telling, musical instruments, crafts, puppets, history, or movement
Travel (virtual). Field trips begin with introductory questions, then we watch the virtual field trip, and then we finish up with more questions and fun facts. Field trips offer great educational experiences in history, geography, social studies, and more! Bonus activity!
This summer camp offers important summer exposure to school subjects such as, chemistry, math, science, art, music, history, social studies, and geography!
Description:
Learning Craze Photography Camp is a 5-day hands-on photography camp that empowers kids to learn their cameras, boosting creativity and technical skills. Students explore composition, lighting, storytelling, and more through presentations and practice. There will be fun assignments, experiments, projects, activities, and photo challenges.
Each child will get to use a Learning Craze DSLR* camera during camp.
Students will receive a photography booklet.
We will cover foundational skills.
Students will get to do a variety of activities.
Camps are designed to be cross-curricular, combining history, science, cooking, fibers, art, literature, writing, etc. for greater learning.
This camp has five classes total, 90 minutes each.

All classes are different, but they all include creativity, learning, and fun!

Students should bring a backpack, water bottle, sunscreen, snack, athletic shoes, pencils, notebook, folder, and weather-appropriate clothing. We will let you know if you need any additional items for your specific class.

Please let us know if your child has any medical conditions, special needs, special accommodations, allergies, etc.

We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio for close supervision. We also follow safety protocols for heat, hydration, and equipment use. Allergies and medical needs are documented and closely monitored. The studio is up-to-date on all safety codes. We have health, illness, and hygiene policies: handwashing, illness-exclusion rules, and cleaning protocols. We have photo privacy and consent. We have mandatory registration forms. We have secure drop-off and pick up with sign-in/out procedures. We have authorized pick up lists and ID checks. We have controlled entry/exit to the studio. Teachers have background checks. All fire extinguishers are checked and officially tagged with the current year. All exits are clearly indicated and lit.

We use both outdoor and indoor studio space. Any outdoor plans will be moved indoors in the case of rain or extreme heat/cold.

If enrollment is not where it needs to be to run a class, you will be notified and receive a full refund for your purchase.
